1: Do Not Use Your iPhone When UltFone is Operating

Don’t use your iPhone when UltFone is working and ensure that your iPhone is in a healthy situation. A dead/frozen/powered-off iPhone may cause failure to manage photos.

2: Unstable Connection between Win/Mac & iPhone

An unstable connection may be the reason for the failure. Below are three ways for you to troubleshoot the problem.

  • Fix 1: Reconnect your iDevice and computer.
  • Fix 2: Change another USB cable.

  • Fix 3: Use another Lightning to USB cable.

3: Not Enough Storage on the Computer

  • Fix 1: Free up the disk space on the selected folder’s drive
  • Fix 2: Change another disk to store the photos

4: Not Enough Storage on iDevice

Navigate to “Settings”, select “General” and then click “iPhone Storage” to free up space.
