Also, please ensure that you've entered your email address correctly when making the purchase.

After you purchased the UltFone Location Changer iOS App, you will be sent an email. You can see the download button in the email and click it to install the UltFone iOS Assistant software on your computer. Then you can download the app using the UltFone iOS Assistant.

To cancel your subscription quickly, you can always contact our support team. We will respond within 24 hours on weekdays and 48 hours on holidays. You can also cancel the subscription by yourself.
